There are so many techniques involved in the training of Thai Boxing.
The class is usually started by either skipping or jogging on the spot
for a few minutes.
The instructor will then take the classfor basic stretching covering
the whole of the body.
Each person is then paired up with someone as close as possible to their
own height, weight and experience.
The lesson will then be split into different rounds, some for using
strikes to the pads or punch bags and some for practicing technique
and defence skills.
At the end of the class there is usually some basic exercises then finishing
off with some cool down stretching.
